La jueza del Juzgado de Atención Permanente de Santo Domingo Oeste, Cecilia Toribio, impuso prisión preventiva entre tres y seis meses a los siete implicados en el caso FM.
La magistrada dispuso que tres de los imputados deberán cumplir la prisión en la cárcel Rafey Hombres – Mujeres de Santiago y cuatro en Najayo Hombre-Mujeres, al tiempo que declaró el caso complejo.
En la audiencia, la titular de la Procuraduría Especializada Antilavado de Activos y Financiamiento de Terrorismo, Ramona Nova había pedido al tribunal dictar prisión preventiva en contra de los imputados y declarar el caso complejo.
A prisión fueron enviados Juan Gabriel Pérez Tejada (supuesto cabecilla), Anabel Altagracia Sánchez Santana y Juan Isidro Pérez de la Rosa, por un periodo de tres meses de prisión preventiva.
Mientras que, Rolando Miguel Reyes Javier, Dyna Madison Noguera Polanco, Ramluis Mejía Azcona y la exdiputada del Distrito Nacional, Gladis Sofía Azcona de la Cruz , deberán cumplir tres meses de prisión preventiva.
Todos fueron detenidos durante allanamientos realizados en Santiago, Santo Domingo y Punta Cana, tras ser vinculados con una red de estafas mediante llamadas telefónicas a decenas de pensionados estadounidenses.
